Effective date: 3 October 2026
This Cookies Policy explains how M4 Karting Ltd ("we", "our" or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.m4karting.com, what they're used for, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as scripts and local storage, work in a similar way. In this policy we call them all "cookies".
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies (always on)
These are needed for the website to work, so they can't be switched off. They don't require your consent.
- Cookie consent: our cookie banner (Finsweet Cookie Consent) stores a cookie to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, so we don't ask you on every page. It lasts for 180 days, after which we'll ask you again.
- Online booking (Apex Timing): our booking pages use a booking system provided by Apex Timing. It may set cookies that are needed to process your booking. For details, see apex-timing.com.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited, how long people stay, the type of browser and device used, and approximate location. We use this information to improve the website.
Google Analytics only runs if you click "Accept all cookies" or switch on Analytics in Cookie settings. If you reject optional cookies, it does not run. Google Analytics typically sets cookies named _ga and _ga_[ID], which can last up to 2 years. For more information, see how Google uses cookies.
Marketing and personalisation cookies
We don't currently use marketing or personalisation cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and only use them with your consent.
3. Your choices
- Cookie banner: when you first visit, you can choose "Accept all cookies", "Reject all", or pick individual categories in Cookie settings.
- Change your mind at any time: use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page to update or withdraw your consent.
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website, such as booking, from working.
4. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
5. Contact us
