Terms and Conditions

For all Bookings, full payment is taken at the time of booking and constitutes your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Once confirmed by us, your deposit payment secures your booking and constitutes a binding contract between yourself/your group and M4 Karting. You are responsible for verifying that the details of your booking are accurate at the time of deposit payment.
A deposit payment also acts as confirmation that you have read, understood and will adhere to the
Terms & Conditions and Organiser Information.
If your driver number decreases from the amount stated when booking, you will forfeit any deposit paid for the expected number of drivers/teams. If the driver/team number falls below the minimum number for that format, the full race fee for each driver/team below the minimum is payable.
If your driver number increases from the amount stated when booking, an additional deposit is due for each driver over the booked number. We will do our best to accommodate extra drivers on the day if possible but cannot guarantee additional spaces.
All prices inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Mobile App Privacy Policy

M4 Karting built the M4 Karting app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by M4 Karting at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
